Masculine was first produced as a masculine complement to our Feminam dessert wine. And in common with Feminam, it’s produced from freshly pressed apple juice. Concentrated via a Cryo-concentration process and carefully blended with an Eau-de-Vie.

The blend is then matured in new oak barrels for over 1 year. The taste is dominated by deep caramel apple and finishes with warm tones of cognac. Enjoy as an “avec” with dessert or with mature cheese.
